- Would have liked to stay here while attending the Renaissance Festival, but couldn't get any help or any questions answered from calling the office or emailing the webmaster address!! If the service is this horrible BEFORE getting to the facility, I would hate to see what it is like once $$ is paid and guests are already checked in! Here is a little business advice: if you want to attract guests other than regulars, provide them with more detailed information about your facilities and give the same information on the phone that your website gives, otherwise you will continue to have ONLY your regular customers which could eventually be bad for business in the long run!! FYI: If I would have stayed at your facility and enjoyed it, my plan was to have two of my husbands employees stay there for a 2-3 month period while working out on a job in the Hammond area.....this would have been a pre-paid stay! So $75 a night for 60-90 days.......well you do the math on how much $$ you lost out on for poor customer service!!

This is THEE best place I've camped at. I love how you get treated like family from the staff. My 4yr old brags to her friends from school about going to hidden oaks. =D thanks Nita and Roy for giving us an opportunity to have FAMILY time.

We are coming to visit this weekend! I can't wait to sit in the river and relax and then listen to the band Saturday night. However, the band may have some competition with the first LSU game of the season being this Saturday. Some campers (such as my boyfriend) will be at the camper watching the game. See yall soon!

No, we do not have a fenced dog run! This has always been a private campgound, never a KOA, Thank you! Come and visit! :-)

- This place SUCKS!!!! Go to any other campground, and it is alot better than this place. There is a campground in Henderson, LA that is alot better than this place. Don't waste your money here.

The Owner has directly tried to ascertain as to why this person continues to post derogatory posts about Hidden Oaks, I have Web Master have Researched and identified the poster as a travelling i.p. address through Hughes Satellite network system! The last post had originated from Virginia! Yes there is a campground in Henderson, there are actually 4. All offer camping , entertainment and customer satisfaction! No different than Hidden Oaks! If this poster has such a problem, then I suggest they e-mail myself, The webmaster ( webmaster@hiddenoaksfamilycampground.com )and I will address it! As I mentioned before, the post anonymously and hide behind one statement! This place Sucks!!! Think about your statement!! If you have a valid dispute, verify it and it will be addressed!
