- Spring is finally here and Joe and I are looking forward to another great year at beautiful Hidden Oaks ! Can't wait to have fun and make more memories with our campground friends and family. we camped here 2 halloweens in a row. had a great time. now this year we reserved 6 weekends. its a very family oriented campground. lots of fun activities for kids & adults. my granddaughter thinks its a set thing for halloween. see can't wait. she's 6 yrs old & talks about it all the time.

- Very interested in staying for the May 25 - 28, 2012 swamp pop festival. Would be in a 28' travel trailer with full hook's up needed. Would love to be able to park as close to the music as possible. Could you please send me any information on this & how soon do I need to put a deposit down to reserve one of these sites. - Would have liked to stay here while attending the Renaissance Festival, but couldn't get any help or any questions answered from calling the office or emailing the webmaster address!! If the service is this horrible BEFORE getting to the facility, I would hate to see what it is like once $$ is paid and guests are already checked in! Here is a little business advice: if you want to attract guests other than regulars, provide them with more detailed information about your facilities and give the same information on the phone that your website gives, otherwise you will continue to have ONLY your regular customers which could eventually be bad for business in the long run!! FYI: If I would have stayed at your facility and enjoyed it, my plan was to have two of my husbands employees stay there for a 2-3 month period while working out on a job in the Hammond area.....this would have been a pre-paid stay! So $75 a night for 60-90 days.......well you do the math on how much $$ you lost out on for poor customer service!!

This is THEE best place I've camped at. I love how you get treated like family from the staff. My 4yr old brags to her friends from school about going to hidden oaks. =D thanks Nita and Roy for giving us an opportunity to have FAMILY time.
